FARMINGDALE HOUSE

Most notably the challenge of planning the first floor interior rooms of this residence, to appear more spacious, focused this design. The overall result produces rooms which open onto one another with views which are unobstructed throughout the house. The second story addition accommodates two bedrooms and one large master bedroom. The stair hall is spacious and gracefully ties the first floor level to the new second story. The exterior is modest and simple. Great care and attention was given to the exact proportion of the exterior gable roofs to create a balanced design.
